America needs to grow a pair. 

 We have become a nation of overly sensitive pansies. We are more worried about "hurting feelings" or "offending" than using logic and common sense. The airports treat everyone like a terrorist and not just those that might fit the profile of a terrorist. Mental health institutions pass the buck more than a doobie at a Dead show. They fear a false label of crazy might offend some one. And they let the crazies walk the street and hope something does not happen, if it does they make sure there is a confusing paper trail that covers their collective asses.

  Kids in school are told not to confront a "bully" but tell a teacher or principal. God forbid we teach children to stand up for themselves and punch the bully in the mouth. The schools and medical profession are in the Q&A business...for what reason? People need to tell them "None of your business". When the doctor asks if there is a gun in the home...we need to tell them "None of your business!" or "Try to break in one night and find out!"  When the schools send home a note that says..."Your child's absence is unexcused because it does not meet our excused standards" we need to say..."FK You! I knew my kid was out of school and that is all you need to know" or this Tuesday all students will be weighed as part of an obesity prevention program. "FK YOU!" What do the schools have to do with that issue. We are parents 24/7/365 that is our job. Oh and I am sure the fat kids know who they are...the ones that are not allowed to punch the bully in the mouth for calling them fat! 

 We have grown to accept these things...and the more we accept the more they will take. Stand up...grow a pair demand common sense and logic from those that "think" they have power over us. Remember WE THE PEOPLE have the power...and WE THE PEOPLE need to be prepared to use it...and some times that means we need to say "FK YOU" . 

The end of the NCAA

I have a feeling the NCAA as we know it will soon be gone. The big conferences, SEC, Bigs 10 and 12, PAC 12 and ACC will form their own governing body and open it up to who ever wants to be a part. I think the current NCAA will be powerless to stop them. Those conferences have all the power and money and TV eyes so they will make the rules. What if Alabama and Ohio State at the end of the football season said..."Well Jerry Jones just said we could play at his stadium and we got a TV deal for the game and we will not play for your NCAA BCS"...or say Duke and UCLA decide at the end of the year to skip "march madness" and play a best of 5 series? The NCAA had gotten way to big for its britches.

The end of civility...

The one thing the Zimmerman trial has shown us is civility is dead. With all the Usual Suspects talking about how Mr. Zimmerman should have listened to some 911 operator that really has no authority. We do not hear about how Treyvon reacted to someone asking him why he was there? What if instead of hostility and confrontation...he would have said "Oh I am just coming back from the store. I am visiting my father who lives over there. Maybe you would like to meet him?" But no...from all we have heard he acted with hostility and did not even get off the phone with his girlfriend. Sure it is easy to say Zimmerman should have listened to a 911 operator...but it is also easy to say that Martin should have dropped the ghetto act and just acted with civility. 

Of course calling for civility is not something that the Usual Suspects want...or need. They and the media that takes their bait live for confrontation and civil unrest. And this story gives them all the gas they need for the fire...but meanwhile in urban America the same lack of civility and hostility leads to dozens of murders each day...and the Usual Suspects and the media seem to ignore that. And that...does not help the people they pretend to represent. 

What about the legal ones?

Fifteen years ago my wife and I began a journey though the expensive bureaucratic land called legal immigration. The process took years and each step cost a few hundred dollars and would be more if you used a lawyer I am sure. There were plenty of bureaucratic snafus, like losing photo's or paperwork. Then we made the terrible mistake of moving 17 miles from Maryland to Pennsylvania and that caused our case to get transferred to Philadelphia from Baltimore even though we are an hour drive from Baltimore but 2.5 from Philly. Which caused our case to get moved back in the order of processing. Eventually...after thousands of dollars, to many 4am wake ups to get to Philly by 7am because all in person meetings are at a first come first serve basis and the line forms quickly, eventually...my wife who came he from that exotic locale called Canada received her "green card".  And this is what pisses me off about the immigration debacle. We did it the right way...we jumped through all the hoops, payed all the fees....did all they asked...usually twice because the first time got "lost"....and we are now played as chumps. Where is the legal aliens voice in this debate....I guess we do not have one because we paid our cash. Seems to me in 2013 only the fools follow the rules.

Liberals and lug nuts

Not to long ago I came across a Prius festooned with Obama stickers and other left wing loon slogans. It was on the side of the road with a flat tire on the front and a helpless and clueless driver on the side. So being a compassionate conservative I stopped to help. It was a simple flat tire. So I put the tire on but not the lug nuts.

She started to bitch. "What about the lug nuts?" "Well" I said..."you have 20 lug nuts...but I think that is too much. I am keeping 2 as a tax for not having roadside assistance coverage. I am keeping the other 3 because there are gonna be folks that just don't have enough. You know spread the wealth. You understand as a liberal right? You are too rich with lug nuts."

"But...but...that's not fair? I need all those! " "Really...you still have 15...I just took 5...what is 5 lug nuts to some one as rich as you who has 20?" 

"But my wheel will fall off!" she screeched.  "Well you need to share what you have don't you? You do not want to be greedy and hog all the lug nuts! Maybe you should take one from the other 3 wheels then you will have 3 holding on this wheel and 4 holding on the other. It should be safe I guess." 

"Will you do that for me? Will you take off one lug nut from each of the other 3 wheels?" "Sure!" I said. I then took 2 lug nuts off each of the wheels. 

"Now what the hell was that for? I just wanted one nut off each of the 3 wheels...and you took off 2 but only put 1 on!" I told her..."One for the other wheel and one as a lug nut equalization tax." 

She protested again...."Another tax...that is not fair. I wanted you to help me and all you did was take 8 of my 20 lug nuts and left me in worse shape than when I started."

Yep...now you know how the country feels. Maybe next time you will learn how to change a tire before you learn to vote for change. 

What does it take...

What does it take for the masses to demand someone resign or be replaced. It seems that over time no matter how severe the scandal...the scandalous... will not go away. Think about it...lying under oath...nope...smoking crack with hookers...get re-elected...send questionable pix to women not your wife...run for mayor of NYC. Take under age hookers out of state...get a gig at CNN.  Nothing to too wrong today. 

And now... any one of the 4 issues now facing the Obama administration should be causing mass resignations at the State Dept, the IRS and the DOJ. Not to mention 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. But so far...and I would not be shocked if there are no high level resignations...everyone is still suckling at the tax teat.  And even if there are asked to spend more time with their family ...they will not go away...to jail or oblivion. No...in a few years they will rise again like a Phoenix from a scandal inferno.

Eric Holder won't go to jail. No he will become a President of some collage. Dan Shulman...will end up on some corporate board. Lois Learner...a mouth piece at a liberal think tank...OK that is an oxymoron since we all know liberals do not think. And oh how I love the irony of someone that refused to talk becoming a mouth piece. Hillary...well she will be the next "historic" choice for President. 

The one thing we should all learn about government jobs is that once you reach a certain place...you are a lifer. Nothing or no one will bring you down. Hell even if you just show up every day and do nothing but push a pencil and paper...you are in there for life. 

And one thing we should learn about the plebs plebis is they really don't give a shit. They can't be bothered with holding people to any standard...not just a higher one...any one. After all...the plebs plebis do not hold themselves to any standards. And until they do...they will keep getting worse and worse elected officials and worse and worse government that we are paying for.  

As long as the milk and honey...bread and circuses continue from the tax teat...they will be happy.  And the government will be crappy...well crappy would be an improvement...but I liked the rhyme. 

Information Saturation

For the life of me I could not figure out why the masses do not seem to give a shit about the big 3 now 4 stories closing in on the Obama administration. Then I had an "ah ha" moment... it is information saturation. With the 24/7/365 news cycle and having every news story at our fingertips and in our face many have chosen to just turn it all off. Back in the day when we got news in the AM from the morning paper and in the PM from one of just 3 half hour nightly news shows. Many had time to digest what the media was telling them and think on it through out the day, then get an update at 6:30 from Cronkite, Brinkley, or Reasoner.

Now with it all, all the time it has become to much to digest for may. They have to worry about work, home, kids, and all of them are now 24/7/365 too. So the world beyond their zip code is irrelevant...until they ask..."Why is my gas $3.50 a gallon still? Why are we still in Afghanistan after we killed Osama bin Laden? Why this...and why that? Oh well I am just one person...I'll let others worry about it...I got to play some Candy Crush then chat with people I never met...then pick up the kids from A activity then drive them to B activity...then come home and see what those people I never met have been doing since I have been gone." And it never ends...and unless you are interested in the news...it is not news to you but just back ground noise in your life.

And that leaves the rest of us...I am guessing about 48% to give a shit beyond work, home and kids. To think about the world beyond our zip code and how that DOES affect our zip code. What the Obama folks have figured out is the 52% do not give a shit. This is Rome 2013...the bread and circuses have been replaced with 300 TV Channels and Facebook.

And there....could be the tipping point. The same Facebook that is keeping the 52%ers occupied is also uniting the 48% like never before. With a margin that close...I see the chances of some of the 52 becoming 48's faster than the 48's becoming a 52.

Could Obama get any luckier?

Just as SuperStorm Sandy deflected any and all media away from Benghazi prior to the 2012 election now it seems the Oklahoma tornadoes will do the same with the IRS, AP, Benghazi and now the Rosen investigations. Those stories will be yesterday's news...even though the Rosen story broke today, because the masses love a good tragedy story. The real tragedy will be what Obama and his cult like followers have done to America with the help of a willing and able media. The days of the media being the 4th estate are gone when a democrat is in office. They will turn a blind eye faster than a cyclops with conjunctivitis. The media swells are addicted to the good life on the Potomac and none want to be shunned like a leper at Club Med. So they will not dig to see who knows what when and why? Well we all know the why...the why is to keep Obama and then Hillary in power. Gone are the days of winning a Pulitzer by exposing the seedy underbelly that is Washington. So once again mother nature saves the mother fucker...and we are all fucked in the process. Well unless you are a loyal member of the Free Shit Army...then the manna from the productive tax paying class keeps coming.

Tshit tsunami in DC

I don't know if the good ship Obama is gonna sink like the Titanic or just be towed back to port like a crippled Carnival Cruise filled with piss, shit and irate passengers. But I have never seen a convergence of administration ending events like this. Just one of these would have caused a left wing media shit storm that would have crippled or caused the resignation of a Republican leader. But for they most part they are trying to prop up something...either Obama until he can get out of this like Houdini at Niagara Falls or keep St. Hillary viable for 2012. I for one think Hillary gave the stand down order to sabotage Obama in '12. But even she could not imagine how stupid 52% of the population was.
Now we are stuck with what should be a fantastic political circus this summer...and it even has 3 rings, and plenty of clowns jumping though hoops. Perhaps this fall from grace will bring down the curtain on the leftist Oz. Perhaps Obamacare will be the Seattle Pilots of the social welfare programs, one and done. And perhaps this will finally lead to real effective tax reform. And perhaps...this one is the real stretch...the media will be fair...and not as one sided as the score of a one legged soccer team playing Real Madrid.
All I do know is no one really saw such a massive tshit tsunami coming...but I for one am gonna ride the wave until the end.

What did we learn today?

Well after today's Benghazi hearing we all learned one thing...ok...more than one. First...if you get into trouble, any kind of trouble...car runs out of gas...end up in jail after streaking at the Masters...have a consulate get attacked by muslims....do not call Hillary at 3 am for help. She will just tell you.."fuck off you're on your own"... Ok more like "Stand down" but well you get the picture. She was the one who's campaign adds said "It's 3am...who do you want answering the phone"...well we all know that answer. Not a fucking democrat! They will let you sit on the side if the road, rot in jail or die at the hands of Jehadis.

The other thing we learned is how protective the democratic party is of it's heroes, Hillary and Barack. They will take a bullet for them....even though they would never protect them from a bullet. Well unless they succeed in gutting the second amendment. Once again the leftist sycophants proved they lack a spine. And I guess that shows you the kind of people that vote for them. Spineless and ball less...but want something for nothing. They say they want the truth...but they only want it if the puts Hillary and Barry in a glorious light of righteousness. What a pathetic bunch...but it seems like they are just what the pathetic class wants. After all...as long as they keep giving out the free shit they will keep getting elected. That is also why they are against any kind of budget cuts to the "give away programs"...those cuts take away the free shit they promised the pathetic class they would get. 

I was always against term limits because I felt doing a shitty job was it's own term limit...but...seeing how Obama got re elected...and some of those leftist trolls have been in office for decades...shows that does not work either. Perhaps if these people did not have to promise so much to keep getting the votes to stay in office they would actually give a shit...and not just want to give away shit. 

Benghazi...what difference will the truth make to the masses?

The Benghazi Hearings 2.0 or what ever start Wednesday May 8th. No matter what truth comes out...it will make little difference because minds are made up. We now live in an age were it is more important to "stand by your man... candidate...hero..." than to open that mind and perhaps see the error of your loyalty. The days of the masses turning on a political leader the way they did President Richard Nixon are gone...well at least for now. Perhaps it is racism or white guilt that is prohibiting the masses for seeing what is really going on. Nixon won in massive landslide in '72 with 60% of the vote and all but 17 electoral votes. Nixon won 49 states... And by '74 the same public turned on him. And looking back was Watergate really that big a deal compared to Benghazi?
Obama well he just got 51.1% of the vote and won 26 of the states...yet...it is doubtful his inaction, and subsequent cover-up and lies regarding the Benghazi Massacre will erode any support from the 51.1%. Why is that? Are people now unwilling to change their opinions because of what? Pride? White Guilt? Racism  Fear of being labeled a racist? What is it?
One thing we have learned over the last 4+ years of Obama's presidency is he and his team never take ownership of failures. And the media has not held his feet to the same fire it has to the previous tenants of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Never has one leader of a country with a free press been given such a free pass by the press. And when he gives long winded but answerless replies to questions...the media refuses to follow up.
And that is the second problem...the media for the most part is no less interested in the truth than they are going along to get along. Where are the pot stirrers, the muckrakers?  Why is Obama treated like a Faberge Egg? Are they too racist or riddled with white guilt or fearful they would be labeled racist by their media brethren? 
After tomorrow the same number of people that think Obama is an incompetent  President tonight will think he is then...and the same people that think he is beyond reproach and a glorious leader will still think the same.
FOX News' motto has always been "We report, you decide"....but in 2013 the decide part will not change not matter what is reported. And until THAT changes for the masses...both right and left...we are stuck with a divided country.
Perhaps Obama's true legacy will be to make the blue states bluer and the red states redder...but that does not make America better in any way.
 

It's been a while since I blogged anything, mostly because I run my stream of consciousness through Facebook as they pop into my head. 99% of the time it is humor or my comment on a news story...and sometimes the line gets blurred and people have no idea where the news stops and the humor starts. I am not sure if that is a complement to me an insult or them? Usually when I see some inane post I often think "really"....but I rarely post a reply when then are that bad. However I usually leave them up for all the world to see. People can always remove their proof of inanness.

I have not been preforming as much as I would like, but that is mostly on me, as the kids have been busy and I always said my kids come before my comedy. I would rather see a good ballgame or skating show with them than miss it because I needed my narcissism fix on stage. Also I am not an ass kisser nor do I beg for stage time...you want funny....you know were you can find me. If not...well good for you. For a while I had a nice little thing going on a local radio show on the FM in the AM here in Central PA but they are undergoing some major renovations and do not have a direct on air phone line for now. And that is important since my segments are called in. I am chomping at the bit to get back to that.

I have thought of doing a Pod Cast or Online radio show or some such thing but...well I am lazy and talking with out hearing a response is kinda odd for me. So perhaps I will stick to doing crap on FB and on the Blog. While FB does provide for some more immediate feed back....some times shit...and good shit falls thought the cracks. So I guess here you will have a place to find a days worth....not that just clicking on my name on FB wont do the same thing. But what ever floats the boat.

This also provides me a place to get long winded or go off on a topic that I really don't want to start WWIII on FB over. Cause honestly...while I like debating...I doubt anyone's mind is ever changed over what is said here. If it was...Obama would have lost in a land slide.

What are you afraid of...?

We live in an age were we like to label and identify all the groups we belong to. Whether its sports team, our national heritage  a religion, a club...you name it. Well ...unless you are a liberal. See liberals are a funny group...they love to label others. Racist, Xenophobe, Homophobe, Zionist, Sexist they love to toss them around like a sailor with a fist full of singles at a tittie bar. But the crazy thing is...then never ever call themselves a LIBERAL...ever....they will say something like "progressive" or "independent" or "I don't like to label myself, you racist conservative pig!"

Why is that? Are the not proud of what they have achieved? I say if you are a liberal be proud! Stand tall...don't hid behind those other words or phrases! If you have the balls to put an Obama sticker on your Prius or Subaru then you should have the balls to identify your self as a card carrying liberal! After all...you earned it!
